How emergency call-outs work
Emergency cases are arranged by phone, with no form to fill in.

Tell us the address and what happened: a locked door, a broken key or a lock that will not turn.

We agree a call-out
We tell you roughly when we will arrive and what to have ready.

The locksmith arrives
He brings the tools and parts. If the lock cannot be repaired, we suggest a replacement.

Outside opening hours
We work every day from 08:00 to 20:00. For emergencies outside those hours, call us.
While you wait
What to do while you wait
A few calm steps that protect the door and you.

Do not force the lock
Forcing a door can damage the lock and the door. Wait for the locksmith — picking is safer.

Check for another entrance
If the building has a second entrance or a neighbour has a key, that can shorten the wait.
